Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga is the yoga tradition most familiar to Western culture. The term is derived from the Sanskrit ha, meaning “sun,” and tha, meaning “moon.” The practice aims to unite the active and receptive qualities represented by each celestial being.

Power yoga

Power yoga is a general term used to describe a vigorous, fitness-based approach to vinyasa-style yoga. Though many consider power yoga to be superficial “gym yoga,” this style of yoga practice was originally closely modeled on the Ashtanga method.

Ashtanga yoga

Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic, physically demanding practice that synchronizes breath and movement to purify the body and build core strength and tone. It is a set sequence of postures that can be challenging and rewarding.

Prenatal Yoga

Postpartum yoga can help pregnant women recover faster by building strength, improving posture, increasing energy levels, and reducing symptoms of postpartum depression. It can also help with specific postpartum concerns, such as a weakened pelvic floor, tight hips, and sore shoulders or neck.

Therapeutic yoga

Therapeutic yoga is a holistic approach to healing that combines yoga poses, breath work, meditation, and mindfulness to address a wide range of physical and mental health concerns. It is tailored to the individual’s needs and empowers them to take charge of their own well-being.

Acrobatic Yoga

Acroyoga (also written Acro-Yoga or Acro Yoga) is a physical practice which combines yoga and acrobatics. Acroyoga includes many types of (mostly recreational) partner and group acrobatics in which at least someone is lifted

Group session

Group yoga refers to a style of yoga practice in which the participants work together to form the poses.

Kids Yoga

Acroyoga is a physical practice which combines yoga and acrobatics. Acroyoga includes many types of  partner and group acrobatics in which at least someone is lifted.  As such it also draws on traditions of circus arts, cheer-leading, and dance acro.
